WE TAKE PICTURES FROM A DIFFERENT POINT OF VIEW
We strive to provide our clients with a memorable photography and videography experience, unique images, a diverse product line and exceptional customer service from your initial call to receiving your wall portraits. We’ve learned over the years what makes our clients happy and we’ve built our business around it. We guarantee you will be happy with what we can give to you and we will be sure to capture each moment, for you to re live again and again.

PAYMENT INFORMATION & OPTIONS

PLACING AN ORDER: Payment must be made in full upon placing an order with our studio. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

PAYMENT TYPES: We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash at our studio and on location. If you are paying with cash, please have exact change. Checks must clear our financial institution before any order can be placed.

PAYMENT PLANS: If your print or product order is over $3000.00, please ask about our available payment plan options.

All prices are subject to change without notice at any time.
DEPOSITS and PAYMENT

A 20%-50% deposit is required to secure FST Images depending on the scale of your project/event.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Upon booking you will receive an investment summary to submit your deposit.

Once secured, you will receive a formal breakdown of expenses.

We understand life happens so please contact us about our refund policies on a per-project basis.

Once a project is paid for in full and approved no refunds will be issued.
STUDIO HOURS & APPOINTMENTS

STUDIO HOURS: Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 6:00pm. We are also available after hours and on weekends by appointment. Because of appointments, client meetings, and photography sessions outside the studio, there will be times that our studio will be closed during regular business hours.

STUDIO APPOINTMENTS: All clients and potential clients are encouraged to contact our studio first before visiting to ensure that someone is available to meet with you.

PRIVACY: Our studio is committed to your privacy. Information collected from clients in person, over the phone, or through e-mailed or online communication will be kept strictly confidential. We will not sell or exchange names or any other personally identifiable information about our clients with third parties, and work to ensure that your personal information remains secure at all times.

FST Images holds the original copyright to all digital and print images/designs that are produced by our firm and are protected under The Copyright Law Act 17 U.S.C. 106. Images, digital or print, may not be manipulated in any form without express written consent from FST Images. Clients who purchase digital images/designs through CDs, USB Drives or Digital Download agree to all terms and conditions found in their respective print release forms.

The Copyright Law in full protects photographers by giving us the exclusive right to manipulate and reproduce your photographs. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, printing with another firm without consent, scanning, cutting and pasting, taking screengrabs, snapping pictures of your images with your cell phone, etc. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our firms’s permission. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Please understand, FST Images wishes to maintain complete control over the print quality, finishes, and presentation of the images, and any reproduction outside of our firm may lower the quality of the image and damage our reputation for providing superior services.
