WHAT IS THE SENIOR AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?

Every year, hundreds of students apply for this senior representative program! It's a wonderful opportunity and experience to add to your senior year. FST Images is seeking male and female ambassadors from various schools in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania to act as ambassadors of FST. Throughout the year, you may see your images on marketing materials, signs and anything else where we think you would look great! Senior Ambassadors do their very best to represent FST Images as a business all throughout their senior year. A senior ambassador's main goal is to encourage classmates, friends, and seniors in their area to book their photos with FST Images!

WHO IS IT FOR?

If you are currently an upcoming junior or senior in high school, we want you to apply! All you have to do as a model for us is represent our business on social media as well as in your school, and tell your friends about us. The program is only open to people who have social media! Facebook, Instagram, etc! You have to have at least an Instagram profile to apply. Almost every senior representative job you have is working for me online via Facebook and Instagram.

WHAT DO AMBASSADORS RECEIVE?

Ambassadors for FST Images will receive (1) ONE discounted VIP session (Value $849) for their portraits during their senior year. Ambassador Session Fee: $349. From this session you will receive: 10 digital images and senior ambassador cards. Girls will also receive professional hair and makeup for your session. Additional images of your session, as well as a print release form, will be available for purchase at an additional cost. You will be an official model/representative of FST Images.

Refer 3 seniors: Receive 20% off the senior package of your choice plus 2 high resolution digital images.

Refer 5 seniors: Receive $1000 off the senior package of your choice plus 5 high resolution digital images.

Refer 8 seniors: Receive $2000 off the senior package of your choice plus all of your edited digital images on a disk and a studio gift!

Referred Clients must pay their deposit in order to be considered a referral for our ambassadors.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME AS AN AMBASSADOR?

As an ambassador, you are expected to treat this position similar to a part time job. This includes, but is not limited to, upholding the following:

A positive, clean, fun, energetic outlook on life. We reserve the right to IMMEDIATELY terminate you if it comes to our attention that you have participated in any activities which could be deemed harmful to our reputation here at FST Images.
Advertising for FST Images through word of mouth, distribution of rep business cards, and social media.
FST Images MUST be the sole photographer of your senior pictures. If you utilize a secondary photographer, we reserve the right to terminate you.
Consulting with FST Images and your parents, if necessary, on your senior session to help get to know one another.
Posing for your Senior Portraits at your scheduled session.
All social media jobs (Some jobs are as simple as sharing one of my advertised posts or changing your profile picture(s).

HOW DO I ENTER?

It's very simple. Complete the online entry application found below. We will evaluate your application and contact you directly if you are selected!

PARENTS: you must fill out the parent agreement form below for your child to be considered as a representative of FST Images.

Your son/daughter has applied to be a Senior Ambassador for FST Images. Please read through the contract and fill it out to acknowledge your acceptance and receipt.

Payment: I agree to pay the discounted rate of $349 for the session fee prior to the agreed session date. This fee includes the VIP session, photographers time and talent, senior ambassador cards plus 10 digital images. All other prints and digital images may be purchased at an additional cost.

Cancellation: If client and Senior Representative fails to appear for their discounted session, there will be no session rescheduled. If client is late, it will be the discretion of the photographer (Britton) to allow the representative to participate.

Client’s Usage: Client and Senior Representative may use the watermarked image(s) used online as a profile photo on websites. Removal of watermark will result in legal action as stealing a copyrighted image. These watermarked images will not be released to you for printing.

Contest Permission: Client grants permission for their child (under the age of 18) to enter Senior Representative Search for FST Images and understands the terms of the contest as well as responsibilities as a chosen senior representative. Client agrees that images may be posted online and their child has permission to act as a senior representative for FST Images if chosen.

Copyright: The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Client and Senior Representative or for the Photographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer’s studio.

Expectations: As a representative of FST Images, your child is expected to treat this much like a part time job. This includes, but is not limited to the following: advertising on behalf of FST Images, using FST Images as the sole photographer for senior portraits, consulting with FST Images on any appearance or portrait ideas, and a positive, clean outlook on life.

Miscellany: This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default here under shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

Photographic Materials: This discounted session does not include any printed materials or full resolution digital images. All additional prints or images may be purchased through the studio at an additional cost. All photographic materials, including but not limited to proofs, prints and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer.

Termination: FST Images reserves the right to terminate the ambassador at any given moment. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: representation of another photographer during their senior year of high school, inappropriate behavior in person or online, or the participation in illegal activities such as underage drinking and the possession of an illegal or controlled substance. Justification for termination is not required to be disclosed.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. The parties have read this Agreement, agree to all its terms, and acknowledge receipt of a complete copy of the Agreement signed by both parties.
